Terms of Service
Last updated · July 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Lumagine, you agree to these terms. If you're using Lumagine on behalf of a community or organization, you're confirming you have the authority to agree on its behalf.
2. Using Lumagine
Lumagine gives communities the tools to run real-world events and memberships — a feed, announcements, ticketed events with QR check-in, and payouts. You're responsible for the content you post and the events you organize, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Fees & payments
Lumagine is free to use for running a community — free events, free membership, unlimited posts and announcements. We only make money when you do.
Charged only on paid ticket sales, taken from the ticket price at checkout. Free events and free tickets are never charged. Payouts settle instantly per order via Razorpay Route to your community's bank account once KYC is verified.
Communities can offer paid membership tiers to their own members. The 3% platform fee applies the same way — on the subscription charge, not on top of it.
Payments are processed by Razorpay; using paid features means you also agree to Razorpay's own terms for the payment methods it offers. Fees are deducted before settlement, so the amount your community receives is always net of the platform fee.
4. Community content & conduct
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give Lumagine the license needed to display it within the product — to other members, or publicly, depending on the community's and event's visibility settings. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, or infringing on someone else's rights; community organizers and moderators can remove content and members, and Lumagine can act on reports that violate these terms.
5. Account termination
You can stop using Lumagine and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform's payment features. Tickets already issued and payouts already settled aren't affected by a later account suspension.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Lumagine changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continuing to use Lumagine after a change means you accept the updated terms.
